At LabsTech, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and credits are added to your account, no refunds will be issued.

We encourage all users to carefully review their purchase before completing the transaction.

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s). You must report this within 48 hours of the transaction with proof (transaction IDs, payment receipts).

3.2 Payment Processed but Credits Not Received

If payment was successfully deducted from your account but credits were not added to your LabsTech account due to a technical issue, we will either:

  • Add the purchased credits to your account, OR
  • Issue a full refund if we cannot resolve the technical issue

You must report this issue within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.

3.3 Service Unavailability

If our AI image generation service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to technical issues on our end, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused credits purchased during that period.
