By accessing and using LabsTech's AI image generation services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

LabsTech provides a credit-based AI image generation platform where:

• Users purchase credits through our payment gateway
• Credits are used to generate AI images
• One credit equals one image generation request
• Credits do not expire unless explicitly stated

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and payment
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content generation
• Not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the Service

4. Content Generation and Ownership

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you generate using our Service. LabsTech does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any images generated by users.

Prohibited Content: You may not generate content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
• Pornographic, violent, or harmful
• Impersonating individuals without consent
• Spreading misinformation or deepfakes

Generated Content Rights: You retain ownership of the images you generate. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Payment Terms

Credit Purchase: Credits are purchased through our secure payment gateway (PhonePe). All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming payment.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through PhonePe. LabsTech does not store your payment card information.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

7. Limitation of Liability

LabsTech provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Content generated by users using our platform
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
• Third-party claims related to content you generate

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 30 days.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Generate prohibited content
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or attempt to exploit the Service

Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
