1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging LabsTech for software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LabsTech provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• UI/UX design
• Technical consulting

3. Project Engagement

3.1 Scope of Work

Each project will have a detailed scope document outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any changes to the scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3.2 Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, feedback delays, and scope changes. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment to commence the project
• 30% upon completion of development phase
• 20% upon final delivery and handover
• All payments are due within 7 days of invoice
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• GST will be charged as applicable under Indian law

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. You will own the final deliverables.

5.2 Third-Party Components

Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools used in development remain subject to their respective licenses.

5.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We will maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business data, technical specifications, and trade secrets.

7. Warranties & Support

7.1 Bug Fixes

We provide 30 days of complimentary bug fixes after project delivery for issues directly related to our development work.

7.2 Exclusions

Support does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations added after delivery, or changes to the hosting environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures

9. Cancellation & Refunds

9.1 Client Cancellation

• Before 25% work completion: 50% of advance payment refunded
• After 25% work completion: No refund for completed work
• Completed work and source code may be shared upon mutual agreement

9.2 LabsTech Cancellation

If we cancel a project, all payments for undelivered work will be refunded in full.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
